Cantucci alle mandorle:
una bustina di lievito bertolini,
Impastare tutto, fare 4 filoni lunghi. Infornare in forno caldo a 180 per 20 min circa. Lasciare raffreddare. Tagliate i cantucci e rimetterli in forno per altri 15 per la tostatura.
