Ingredients:

Scamorza and cooked ham to stuff

Procedure:

Mix the flour with the milk previously mixed with yeast and sugar.

Add the sugar and finally salt and butter.

Form a homogeneous dough and let it rise for 2-3 hours.

Then divide it into 90 g blocks.

Form the panzerotti by filling them with scamorza and ham.

Leave to rise for an hour and then fry them in hot oil.
