To make an excellent limoncello, first start by washing your lemons, then peel the lemon peel into thin slices, carefully avoiding the white part characterized by a bitter aftertaste. Take an airtight and sterilized container, leave the proceeds from the lemon peel with alcohol to macerate inside it for eight days in the dark, keeping everything well sealed and taking care to shake the contents at least once a day.

Pour the water into a saucepan, heat it and add the sugar. Mix the resulting mixture adequately, pour it cold into the previously stored container. Shake it, filter it and bottle it. Consume it within a month of its preparation.
