Crackers RECIPES FOR YOU FRESHLY BAKED

INGREDIENTS for 60 crackers:

a teaspoon of honey or sugar

PROCEDURE

Put water, yeast and honey or sugar in the bowl of the planetary mixer and start to turn the mixer at 1, then add all the flour and the olive oil and continue to turn on speed 2, salt last, increase the speed to 3. The dough will be ready when everything comes away from the container, at this point take it and place it on a wooden pastry board with a little flour, and work it to form a ball, place it in a bowl, cover with cling film and place it in a warm place in the oven, let it rise for an hour and 30 minutes until it doubles in size, remove it from the container and work it on the pastry board with a little flour. Knead until it forms a soft dough, roll it out with a rolling pin or with a machine, roll out the dough into a thin sheet of about 2mm.

Cut out equal rectangles about 6 cm long.

Then make some holes in the surface.

Brush the crackers with a little water and oil and cover with chopped herbs or leave to nature and place on a baking tray

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and cook for about 12 minutes.
