all you need is a little flour and an egg

and for the filling you can use some leftover side dishes

Brisè with oil

dose for 2 people

• 250 g of flour
• 120 g of extra virgin olive oil
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 tablespoon cold water (if needed)

Crumble the flour with the oil.

Add all the other ingredients, compacting everything. Add a little water if it appears dry.

Let it rest in the fridge for about half an hour.

It is a neutral base, you can use it for both savory and sweet pies.

Cooking: 30' at 180° to check
