Sift the flour with the salt
Add water [37 degree] yeast and oli
Make the dough soft, elastic and tender
Cover it up for about 1h or until double sized
Pounch down the dought nd make ball from the dough.
Let the balls rest for 5 minutes.
Roll the ball into oval and let it to rise up about 30'
Pre-heat the owen 23o degrees
Bake the sheet 6-8 minute or untill they puff it up golden and brown.
Transfer the pittas on wired rack to cool it down and then cover it up to keep it soft
