To prepare friselline faithful to tradition, the following ingredients are needed:
Procedure
Insert the ingredients into the mixer, start it at medium-high speed for a few minutes and work until the dough is very smooth;
Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes;
Form 50 gram loaves each;
Let the loaves rise for an hour, arranging them in sizes.
work them until they form large closed taralli;
Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven previously preheated to 200°.
Remove the pan from the oven and divide the "taralli" into two parts.
Bake again and remove when golden.
